TERMS OF AFTER-SALE SERVICE

Missing/lost By logistic We are not responsible for after-sales problems such as lost or missing
parts due to logistics reasons.
It is recommended that customers file a claim with the carrier, and we
can assist in providing the required information and documents.
Damage  or  Break  by
Logistic
1.Logistics is handled by the platform:
When customers make claims to the platform carrier, we can assist in
providing the required information and documents, etc
2.Logistics is handled by us:
Reissue product or refund
will communicate with customer give priority to reissue the shipment;
the product refund fee will be used as a deduction for the purchase
price.
3.Remark:
Items will be accepted within 30 days after shipment, and will not be
accepted after 30 days.
Pictures of product damage certificates for relevant orders must be
provided
Quality issue Missing Accessories:
1.Will Communicate with customer and give priority to
reissue the shipment,The logistics costs for reissued parts will be
borne by us.
2. if customer insist to return the goods and refund, logistics cost will
be borne by us.
Quality issue
We will bear the logistics costs for replacement of required parts or
changing the product

Remarks
Items will be accepted within 1 year after shipment, and will not be
accepted after 1 year. We will bear the logistics costs for replacement
of required parts and reissue.

Improper use of the
product, resulting in
damage
1.Replacement parts will be provided on charge basis within the
product warranty period and will not be processed after the warranty
expires.
2.It will only be accepted during the production period of the product.
Products that have been discontinued will not be accepted.
Non-clearance products have a minimum production period of 1 year
after shipment.
Return    without    any
Reason
Returned products will not affect secondary sales, and the customer
will bear the logistics and outbound operating costs.
We can refund the product cost and use it as a credit against the
purchase price.

(During the warranty period, only accessories will be provided if the
damage is not caused by man-made damage; charges for man-made
damage will be based on the actual situation)
